a good diet and exercise will only get you so far. granted they will get you pretty damn far, but sometimes we all need a little help reversing the damage done by bad habits. improving your health will help make your skin look better, but it can’t do squat for those yellow teeth. and no matter what clap your hands say yeah said last year, there’s nothing attractive about stained teeth.

you could go to a clinic and have your teeth laser whitened for about $250. which is pretty cheap, and damn it makes your teeth so white that it makes even the palest guy looks like he has a tan. it’s great if you have the cash or if you have really bad teeth. but what most of us really need is just a boost. i’ve tried alot of the solutions out there and generally been disappointed. they’re all a pain in the ass and the results were mediocre. uncrate found what seems to be a good middle ground. individual doses with brush tips should  make this stuff easy to paint on your teeth. and it only has to stay there for 20 minutes – so you can brush it off before your date.

the smell of sephora makes me sick

there is pretty much nothing i hate more than the idea of having to deal with the sickening stench of 1000 perfumes to get some decent shave cream or face stuff. i don’t believe in some hour long 18 step skin care process, but if you want to age gracefully you need to consider at least a little skin care. all you need is a decent face wash, shaving creme and some protection. you already wash your face and shave. it’s no big deal to do that with slightly more considerate (and by considerate, i mean to you and to nature) stuff. then all you gotta do is rub one more thing on your face before you’re out the door and done. we’re talking 10 more seconds max then you already spend in the morning. but picking up these toiletries can be a pain in the ass if you don’t live in a city with fancy pharmacies or high end mens stores, or you don’t feel comfortable going into them. so i’m happy to see a site opening up that offers some nice face care stuff at reasonable prices. details for men sells all of my favorite brands (except for sharps) at affordable prices. next time you run ou of edge gel or whatever, pick up something that will treat your face a little better.
